The production plant in Kysucké Nové Mesto addresses the strict requirements of global manufacturers of bearings, automobiles and various industrial applications on a daily basis. The main customers from the bearing segment include the SKF GROUP and SCHAEFFLER GROUP plants, from the automotive plant mainly plants directly or indirectly connected to the VOLKSWAGEN GROUP. The products of the individual plants are delivered not only to Europe but also to South America and China. OMNIA KLF manufactures forgings for applications in the automotive, railway, bearing industries as well as special accessories used in other industries. Its portfolio has precise and high-shape parts with grooves for gears, axles, engine parts, rings for ball, roller and tapered roller bearings, special rings for train sets, washers, bushings, nuts and much more. In the plants of OMNIA-KLF, a.s. 350 highly qualified employees participate in the production and supply of high quality forgings and turned parts.
The plant in Kysucké Nové Mesto specializes in high volume production and the annual capacity of its machinery allows it to process up to 30,000 tons of steel per year.
The specificity of production in Martin is the possibility of realization of special shaped parts in small series to medium series production. The products are intended for the automotive, bearing, mining, textile, railway and construction industries in the form of truck chassis and slings, lifting equipment as well as assembly elements for airport and production halls.
Plant Martin consumes more than 3,000 tons of steel per year and sales reach up to 6 million euro.
In the past decade, OMNIA KLF has invested more than 30 mil. euro into the development and modernization of its technologies and continues this trend in order to mantain its ability to provide its customers with products that fulfil requirements on the highest levels of quality.
