Tools production
OMNIA KLF, a.s. provides for its own needs, but also for the needs of its customers its own production of forging tools as well as its subsequent heat treatment.
The production of tools is focused mainly on operating and general tools for the production of forgings on production facilities:
- Forging machines type HATEBUR – AKL 35, AKS 63, AMP 70, AMP50XL
- Forging hammers and presses – MPM 10000 LASCO, DEK 13, DEK 25, LMZ 2500
- Rolling lines – W 630, MOSSINI Hot Rolling Line
- Rolling machines – MGR 250, UEL 85
Turning of forging tools for max. diameter of forgings 500 mm
Grinding of shaft components with an accuracy of IT7 up to a diameter of 250 mm and a length of 700 mm
Grinding of flange parts up to 450 mm
Production of cutting tools for hot operations
Production of clamping tools
Turning of flange components on CNC machines up to a diameter of 630 mm
Turning of shaft components on CNC machines up to a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 750 mm
Used CNC turning machines of the V-turn-A series
Electrospark punching of holes from 0.3 mm to 3 mm in diameter and 100 mm deep on the HD 10 CHARMILLES TECHNOLOGIES machine
Electrospark cutter for shape cutting into metal materials
A welding shop was set up to repair forging and rolling tools.
Facing of surfaces of shafts up to a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 800 mm with subsequent machining for further usage
