Forgings designed for bearing industry constitute the main production program of OMNIA KLF, a.s. The nature of the forgings – rotary forgings with short rotation axis with dimensions in the range of 35 mm to 500 mm – is able to satisfy all needs and requirements of the most demanding customers because they are specially heat treated in order to reach the required structure and steel quality.
Bearing forgings are produced using a forging technology in closed area or by rolling. Typical for fiber flow in the product section is the tangential arrangement of material fibers towards raceways of rotating race elements causing the bearings load rate and resistance increase.
